You don’t have to have your favorite fruits just once a day. We’ve done our research, and we’ve found plenty of ways for you to incorporate all of your favorite Meduri fruits into your everyday routine. We’re talking fruit morning, noon, and night! 

Here’s a breakdown of what one day filled with all of the fruit you can handle (we’re talking cranberries, apricots, cherries, blueberries, apples!) could look like:

Breakfast: 

Some would say this is the most important meal of the day! Having a great breakfast can start your day off right. Whether you’re an on-the-go kind of person or someone who likes to sit and indulge a little, breakfast has something for everyone. So whether you’re grabbing a granola bar, munching on some cereal, or enjoying your oatmeal, why not take your meal up a level?

Add a handful of Meduri dried fruit to whatever you’re enjoying to give it some extra sweet flavor. Add some apples to your oatmeal with a sprinkle of cinnamon! Turn your yogurt into a fruit parfait by adding crunchy granola and your favorite berries (we recommend blueberries!).

If you want to go all out one morning, we can’t recommend this recipe enough! One of our Meduri employees actually came up with it, and we’ve been thanking them ever since.

Lunch:

When it comes to your afternoon, you might find yourself busy and need something easy enough to grab and go. Or maybe you’ve been having the same lunch for weeks and want to sweeten it up. Whether you’re a salad or sandwich person, you can make lunch something that you want to take a break for. 

When you add some Meduri dried fruit to your favorite lunch, you’re giving yourself a whole new experience. Top off your go-to salad with a handful of blueberries! Sandwich some cranberries between your favorite white bread and turkey combo.

A Meduri favorite! We combined our apricots with some grilled chicken and topped it off on a tasty baguette to get our new favorite sandwich! 

Arugula and double red grapefruit salad

One of our Meduri employees came up with this fast favorite too! If you’re looking for a delectable lunch that you can enjoy over and over again – this is the recipe.

Dinner & Dessert:

Lots of options here! For dinner, you can do anything from stir fry to fish to chicken. And while you might not think fruit goes with a savory meal, we want to show you that it can. Sweet and savory do go together, after all! And if you want to save room and keep your dinner fruit-free, then there’s always room for dessert – that’s where you can go heavy on the sweet!

By adding some Meduri dried fruit to your favorite meal or dessert, you’re making a dish you’ll want to make again and again. Add some cranberries and nuts to a starter salad! Making a charcuterie board? There’s nothing better than adding some sweet apricots or cherries.

Didn’t think oranges go well with veggies? We didn’t think so either until we tried this amazing Meduri original. It’s a great salad to start off any meal!
